History of the Company
- Established in 1991 as Tillsmith Systems as a POS Terminal manufacturer and software development company
- Acquired by KeyCorp in 1997, an Australian POS terminal manufacturer
- In 2006, KeyCorp acquired Optimal Services Group which provided comprehensive field and technical service and support to the retail and payments industries since 1980. Optimal Services Group, was formed after the acquisition of RBA Inc by the Optimal Group of Companies.
- Acquired as an independent, arms-length subsidiary of Moneris Solutions in May 2008
- MSC is headquartered in Montreal, QC with offices conveniently located throughout the country, including Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver and service branches across Canada.
